E-mail — Type your complete e-mail address, including the "at" (@) sign and domain identification (everything that follows the @ sign). This is the e-mail address the system uses to send you job notifications and, if you elect to make it available in the system, it is also the e-mail address that prospective employers may use to contact you. As noted on this page, we recommend you use a personal e-mail address.
Verify E-mail — Type your e-mail address a second time.
Password — Type a password that is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 50 characters long. Special characters contained within the ISO-8859-1 character set identified as code numbers 161-255 (for example, this includes both small and capital letters with various accents) are supported.

Verify Password — Type your password a second time.
Password Recovery Question and Answer — In some career sites, you must provide a password recovery question and answer that is used to verify your identity if you forget your password. The system will not generate a new password unless you can provide the answer to your question exactly as it is specified here.
