The Manage Resumes page allows you to add and remove resume files for your account. During the job submission process, you will have the option to select one resume from the list to send with your job submission.
The Recruiting Center product offers several options regarding your resume. Since the company whose site you are viewing can customize the options that are available to you, not all of the options described on this page may be available.
If you have not provided a resume yet, the page displays with links to the different pages you can use to add one. Once at least one resume is on file, a list appears containing the following file properties:
Name — The name you assigned to the file when adding it.
File Name — The name of the actual file, such as document.pdf or resume.doc. The system may add account specific information to the file name as well.
Size — The size of the file in Kilobytes.
Language — The language in which the document was written. You specify this information when adding a resume.
Updated — The date the file was added to your account.

Sort by Column. In some career sites, you can click any column header to sort the list by that column's contents. Click the column header again to switch the sort order. For example, the first time you click the File Name column header, the column sorts in alphabetical order. If you click the File Name column header a second time, the column will sort in reverse alphabetical order. |
Click one of the following links. Your options may include:
Upload Resume — Select this option if you have a copy of your resume, and it is in one of the formats the system supports.
|
Supported formats. These differ from site to site. All supported formats display in the selection option on the Upload Resume page that displays when you select Upload an existing resume. |
Enter Resume Text — Select this option if you want to type your resume information in as plain text. You can also select this option if you have a soft copy of your resume that you would like to copy and paste into the system.
Build Resume — Select this if you do not have a current resume and would like help creating one.
Upload from Cloud — If this option is available, click the icon that corresponds to the location in the cloud where your resume is located. For example, click the Dropbox icon to select and upload a resume to Recruiting Center from your Dropbox account.
|
LinkedIn resume. If you registered or signed in with LinkedIn, the Manage Resumes page contains the resume that was generated using information in your LinkedIn profile. |
Click the hyperlinked name corresponding to the file you want to view. Depending on your browser settings, you will be presented with the option to Open or Save the file.
Click the checkbox(es) corresponding to the resume(s) you want to delete.
Click Remove. The system automatically removes the files from your account.
Removing a resume removes it from your career site account. However, in the employer's system, the resume will still be associated with any job submissions to which you attached it.
